Craftsman Garage Door Keypad and Wall Unit Problem

Hello,

I recently had a power outage. Everything stopped working. I was able to reprogram all the remotes but cannot get the wall unit or keypad to work. The wall unit just blinks green. I can't reset it and I can't reset the outside keypad. Any ideas on reprogramming both of these? Thanks!
