Good luck in finding out! I have tried. I called the company and was told they make the furniture and refused to tell me anything else. I guess they feel you'll buy factory direct.

Arhaus sources from many factories most of which is in Asia. Many retailers/distributors have difficulty servicing these products because they have no facilities in the US for this. I think the basic rule of thumb is for quality furniture you can trust buy from a manufacturing that can service the product.

Arhaus stands behind it's furniture 100%. We just bought a couch and a leather chair with ottoman from Arhaus a couple of months ago and we are VERY pleased. Great follow up and customer sevice, there was a delay in the delivery so they waived the fee. My furniture is perfect and it doesn't need any "service" but if it did, I have no doubt that Arhaus would cover any repairs or replacements.

I would buy from them again in a heartbeat, I wish they had the style of entertainment center that I want for the family room. They do have a beautiful Tuscany trestle table that is definitely on my list. :)

I want to buy their 48" round copper top table. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm especially concerned with stains and oxidizing. Thanks.

I have the round copper table in my family room and love it! Have had it for 5+ years and it has never had any stains/pitting or discoloration. I've got several pcs. of their furniture lines-never any problems.
I'm now looking for the Ikat cream/chocolate and green print they carry. Supposed to be a Kravet collection, but it's not. Looking to make drapes! Anyone??

🔥 Don't buy any of their furniture, they don't stand behind their warranties! I purchased OUTDOOR tables, and below is the result. They wouldn't cover this under their Lifetime Warranty on aluminum tables.
