You will love Marigny Plank. I sell tons and have for 8 years. My daughter works for the company that Crescent distributes this product for. Marigny is a 1/2" - 9 ply - 8 coat finish - 25 yr. finish warranty. Goes down like a dream and is easy for DIY. You may not know that this floor is a "true handscrape" not machined.

Thanks for the information. Is it hard wood or engineered? I looked on the website and find the description confusing.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT use Crescent Hardwood Collection flooring in your home. We lived in an apartment complex for 2.5 years and the deterioration from normal wear and tear is absolutely horrendous. If anyone else has had an issue regarding this flooring company, I would love to hear your feedback. Thanks!

I put Cresent Irish Channel Clio in my home and I can't even get it to scratch by dragging huge heavy furniture totally across the room. It's like the finish is made of steel. It's the most beautiful flooring I have ever seen. Handscrapped and beveled. I ripped a 3/4" oak floor out to install it after water damage. Can't imagine an apartment complex using something that expensive but maybe so.

I've layed a lot of wood flooring in my home and businesses and this stuff is by far the easiest to install. Seldom need a tap from a beater board it goes together so well. Just use plenty of glue and throw a few weights on it while the glue dries overnight and you're good. I'm happy!

Has anyone used the Warehouse district collection inparticular?

Yes. We used Warehouse District Baronne in our new build - biggest mistake we made in our building choices. It is porous, so every grain of anything - dust, flour, etc., shows up. It’s very hard to clean because it’s porous-everthing stays in the cracks without tons of scrubbing. I won’t have wood again that doesnt have a polyurethane coating.

We have had Warehouse District floors for almost 2 years now, and I love them! We have 2 big dogs, and there are no scratches or dents anywhere. I have not found them any harder to clean than any other wood floor.

Anyone have the Marigny plank: CHCMPP Port Acacia handscrapped wood floor? Do you have a picture of the room its installed in?

Curious if you have any updates - did you go with Crescent Hardwood Collection? We are considering it now (Irish Channel plank).
