I've ordered dining room chairs from Carrington Court Direct and were really pleased with them. I also ordered a 2 leather chairs since then for our sitting area in the foyer and was equally happy with the quality of those. They are not identical to those but they do have similar items at great prices. Their website is Carringtoncourtdirect.com. They will customize chairs to the customer's specifications so I'm thinking you could possibly have them covered in a similar manner to the chair you show in the link. If you do a search on them on here, you'll find other happy customers. Their prices are great with low shipping, too.
