I have a Firebox w/ blower that heats the downstairs of our home effectively EXCEPT the master bedroom is down a hallway behind the fireplace and it remains a few degrees cooler than desired. I was curious if it would possible to install an attic fan of sorts in the living room celing (where fireplace is and large cathedral ceiling). Basically, I would think that a vent routed to a low speed fan routed to the bedroom would increase the warm air flow to the bedroom. The routing would be no more than 15' and I have easy access to all ceilings.

Any suggestions on makes/models or alternatives are appreciated.
