Flooring

My new wood floors in my kitchen, living room, family room and dining room have been destroyed by flooding from Sandy. The house is on a concrete slab - subfloor was plywood with a flooring of red oak. The are wrapped and are buckling so they must be removed. This is a summer home and it could happen again. I am hestitent to replace them with wood. What are my options - tile? concrete? I loved my wood floors but I am open to suggestions
