I sent the picture to my custom furniture maker in NC who can duplicate any piece of furniture. I'm expecting the ottoman to arrive by the end of the week. I will take a picture when it arrives. Btw, the company is cococohome.com and the rates are unbelievably affordable with outstanding quality pieces. Yes, I'm a satisfied customer :)

funny...I have read nothing but terrible reviews about their customer service. WHat has been your experience?

Oh wow- Really? We purchased a custom tufted sofa and two chairs from them back in January 2012. Steve, the owner is very courteous and a good businessman. Also, the quality of his pieces are THE BEST! However, I cannot say the same for the women who answer the phone. They have low energy and are not as thorough as Steve. Had I not had such a good experience with Steve the first time around when I ordered the sofa, I would have given up with the Ottoman purchase. Placing the order wasn't as smooth the second time around until I eventually reached out to Steve about my concerns. Once that was settled, the order was placed and the ottoman was made within 2 weeks. I hope to receive my order by the end of this week. I'll keep you posted with photos, etc.

What are the measurments of your ottoman? I would really appreciate it.

The ottoman was provided by the owner. Don't have record of dimensions.
