Any advice on giving the front of our home a new look? There is not much I like about the front so don't hold back! We are needing to replace the columns but otherwise don't want huge changes in construction. Some things I am considering: metal roof for porch, painting trim in gray, adding raised beds on sides of steps that are tall enough to let me get rid of the railing or replacing the wood railing with metal. Also, I hope to widen the brick extension on steps, possibly cap with concert or stone for accent. Thank you in advance creative minds!
