Odd/peculiar Observation

For months now I've been trying to figure this out. I have heatpump to heat/cool my approx 2000 sq ft brick ranch home. Split plan, mbr and one large 20x 30 air intake into air handler on one end and two bedrooms seperated by a hallway with a bath off that hall way on the other end. Directly above hallway is another small air intake and just across that hallway from the bath is the thermostat.

Here's the weird, everytime I run the exhaust fan in the mbr bath OR run the dryer which both are at the opposite end of the house and the thermostat. The air will come on and absolutely will not shut off until I shut off the the exhaust fan or dryer. Mind you this is not simultanteously.

What is up with that? Anyone have a clue as to why this happens? I'm at a loss.

At first I didn't put 2+2 together and I replaced the thermostat thinking that was the issue with the air coming on and not shutting off...by queer coincidence did I figure this with the mbr exhaust fan and dryer.

So anything exhausting out of the house makes the a/c or heat come on and run and run and run. Anyone have a solution?
