Air handler & A/C model numbers?

I hope I'm not being too much of a pest in asking for more help!

Talked to the a/c guy on the phone this afternoon (this is the one the builder is going with). He suggests:

1 two ton XL16i unit.

Air handler, 2 stage, variable speed

1 three ton XL16i unit, 2 stage, variable speed - 4TEE3F37.

Condenser -4TTX 6036.

One ERV tied into both a/c units, size to be determined later.

(I hope this all makes sense, he's supposed to call back tomorrow with more model numbers).

He says he only uses a heavy duty, plastic tray pan as they don't rust, which also has a float switch.

Two separate drain lines.

I did ask whether I needed the Trane Clean Effects, he felt that using UV lights would be sufficient in our tight house, but using a better filter.

Are these models compatible? What other information should I be asking for? Thank you!
