I get water drips more than fingerprints, because I really don't have any reason to touch the apron of the sink. Does that make sense? After I work at the sink, I am always giving the front a good wipe down with my dish towel to remove drips. But, I am not someone that freaks out about my stainless not always being perfect and shiny. I don't have a grid, and there is lots of scratching on the bottom of the sink already. But, that doesn't bother me, because I am the type that just figures that is how stainless looks. I prefer the developing patina over the "dirty" appearance of stains in the porcelain cast iron or corian sinks my mom always had.

I don't notice any fingerprints on mine either, ever. I have a 33" Vigo farmhouse. Like controlfreak I do notice the occasional water drip but that usually wipes right off. My main problem with my sink, and I don't know if anyone else has this issue, is the pitch on the inside. Food bits etc don't automatically move down the drain like they should. I literally have to move them there with a sponge. Our sink is level we checked it several times before the granite install. The sink looks like its pitched on the inside and water flows to the drain fine, it is just all the solid bits that don't.

I have a Kohler smart divide stainless steel apron front sink and no issues here with fingerprints. I do wipe the sink in and out after every use as I'm a bit fussy too. I do agree with Melissa about having to do extra duty to clean the inside of stray food particles, I use the faucet spray feature...that is a bit annoying!

I also have ss french door fridge and no problem there -- Electrolux Icon.
