I've viewed and read about the new Bosch Vision FL and I have to say that I'm not impressed with the results that Consumer Reports wash test revealed. The build quality on the Vision didn't seem as solid as its predecessor (the Nexxt) or the Axxis (compact version). On the other hand, Electrolux is built by Frigidaire - not a company with the best build quality standards; however, there seem to be many satisfied Electrolux owners out there. Just an FYI -AJMadison seems to have a pretty fair price on the Whirlpool Duet HT 9400s

I have a stacked Bosch pair WAS2446OUC and condenser dryer in a closet widened to accommodate them with pullout shelf which I thought I'd use but tend to forget.

The cycles are presets which offer slightly less control than washers that let you set water temperature for each load. Customer care can give you water temps for each setting -- now I know which to use (they don't make sense if you're accustomed to setting water temp).

The only real drawback is that after the cycle ends the electric lights stay on until it's turned off manually.

Have noticed better results since trying Persil Megaperls vs HE Tide so I'll probably stay with that.

Dryer needs to have air intake -- the door to our space must be left open while it's on. Condensers take a long time as well.

I'm very happy with this set. It's very quiet and does an excellent job on everything from the tiniest load on hand wash to a full set king size sheets and pillow cases. I'd definitely buy it again and recommend it.
