I recently purchased cabinet hardware samples and placed a full order for hardware from GoingKnobs.com. Orders arrived quickly, usually in separate shipments per hardware brand. Was able to return the samples I did not want to keep. Their customer service was very quick and helpful. Prices were the best I could find for Richelieu and Top Knobs hardware, and shipping was free too...if you are still considering ordering through them, I would say go for it!

I just purchased a bunch of cabinet pulls from them. First they sent my order incomplete. Then they sent a second order with the balance and still shorted me five pulls. I needed them by a specific date for my contractor to install, and now I am short. Not sure I would recommend them at this point. Now I am going to have to call and deal with their customer service a second time. Their prices were good, but if you need your pulls by a specific date like I did do not rely on them.

I purchased knobs from GoingKnobs. Good prices but unfortunately the photo was not accurate and the knobs were a different color than shown on the website. In attempting to return them, I not only had to pay expensive shipping but they also charged a 15% restocking fee even though there was an inaccuracy with their listing. They also were not responsive and I had to keep pursuing the request for the return. I would not purchase anything from them again.

Adding my review for future reference of anyone searching. I placed a sample order from GoingKnobs of all sizes in a pull/cup/handle style that I was planning to order. They were the best price I could find on some Top Knob brand hardware, and they also did not charge sales tax. I received those samples very quickly. I prepared a fairly large order - about 150 separate items which included their regular pricing (already the lowest), a special promo for 15% off, free shipping, and as stated above - no sales tax to my state. For an order that was approximately $1400, the sales tax matters. But before I submitted the order, I contacted customer service with my full order and asked if that was the best price they could do. Although it took a couple of days for them to get back to me, they did reduce the price a little more (every little bit matters). This made their pricing BY FAR less expensive than any other shop I could find. I placed my order, and it was received in two large boxes within about a week. I was prepared for there to be some miscount because it was a large order of the same 3 items but in every size available. But to my surprise, the order was 100% correct. Between the pricing, the shipping speed, and the 100% accuracy of my order, they exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely order from them again and recommend them highly.

I had a horrible experience with GoingKnobs.com. I returned $80.00 worth of pulls because they were the wrong size. I followed their very precise instructions and tracking for the return on January 19. They did not issue a credit until I called them on March 8 to inquire why I had not been refunded for the return. They admitted they had failed to credit me for the return but refused to explain why there was such an oversight or to even waive the restocking fee! I will never use this company again.
