dog suddenly licking snow and plants

Today, like normal, my dog woke me when she needed to go out, I took her out but she wouldn't pee she just licked the snow(not normal), I moved her to a different spot but even as she walked she kept licking the snow. We went back inside without peeing so I could put on more winter gear( it's 8 degrees and windy) and went out again, she started licking again but also peed. Went back inside and I noticed she started licking a thyme plant then bit it, she's never ever messed with any of my plants. I fed her and thought she was acting normal but 2 hours later I could hear her eating something- it was a different houseplant.I took her for a walk and she did not lick then.

I have no idea why she's suddenly doing this, she hasn't gotten into anything or changed her diet or activities at all. Delta is a 60 lb 7 yr old coonhound/g shepard and takes DES 2X/wk. I'm at work now and am worried about what I will come home to-any ideas why she's acting this way?
