The openings are covered with white perspex panels, while giving some privacy they still transmit some light. You could also use translucent "Lucite" panels. The shelves are also mounted on castors so can be moved to form different spaces. The concept for this studio was "flexible space" as many of the furnishings are on wheels, including the bed. Here are some other views.

Panels are White lucite and they are screwed onto the shelving. The screw heads have white covers.

Hi, I love what you did with the bookshelf with the translucent sheets. May I ask how you did that and where you bought that kind of material? Thank you!

    Hi Swangter,
The openings in the shelving are covered with white perspex panels, as this is a acting a divider between the bedroom and the rest of the studio they give some privacy but still transmit some light. You could also use translucent "Lucite" panels. They are just drilled and screwed on to the unit. You can buy these online and have them cut to size, or you may be able to find them locally. They also come in a variety of colors.

    Hope this helps,
