High Velocity Dog dryer

Do any of you use these on your dogs? Our dog sheds something terrible. They used one on her when she was groomed this week. Shedding has lessened a lot. How often should/could she have this done? Is it safe? I was thinking having it done every 2-3 weeks during the spring early summer when she sheds the most. I would appreciate any feedback.

I have my dog groomed monthly (wash and blow dry) just for that reason......and I've done it every 3 weeks during the heaviest shedding periods.
It's nice to see him come running out with half the amount of hair before he went in! : )

Bumping this up to see if anyone has recommendations for dog dryers. Our yellow lab is going through another shedding cycle and it's insane.
