It's the Serafina line from Pottery Barn, but is no longer available on their site.

Even though Serafina is no longer available, a very similar fabric is made by Covington, the pattern is called Wilmington (in Multi). You can buy it online several places for about $15/yd and have a simple duvet cover made. I actually used the Covington fabric in my own home and loved it!
