PETA and a British fringe group are behind the entire Iams bashing.

I do not use Iams products(much prefer Purina from 50+ years of experience).

I detest individuals or groups that lie and distort the truth just to further their warped agenda.

Animal rights groups like PETA are vegan groups with the bizarre agenda of removing all domestic animals from the landscape, including, but not limited to, research animals, pets, riding horses, meat animals, dairy animals, animals in zoos, seeing eye dogs, drug sniffing dogs, search and rescue dogs, animals in shelters, feral cats, hunting dogs, and so on.

They recently lost a counter suit filed by Ringling Bros after that company endured 10 years of their slander and libel.

If you donate to help animals, better make sure that your dollars are going to an animal *welfare* group rather than to an animal *rights* group, because there is a vast ocean of difference between the two. If in doubt, visit a local shelter or rescue group and decide first hand which organization is deserving of help. If you donate to PETA, ASPCA, HSUS and other large groups of the same persuasion, you are throwing away your money and harming rather than helping, animals in need. Take anything these groups allege with 50 thousand pounds of salt.
