remember the holes at bottom for the water to passthru, definitely you can make wonderful fiberglass pot like this. You can keep it in the garden, or near the entrance.

This water feature design is set-up like almost all other self contained water circulation features, yet due to the nature of the setting and the fact the spicket was coming out of the wall (requiring the water line to up through the retaining wall), we used a direct water line instead of a self contained recirculating basin and pump. The light comes from a low voltage under water light . For this type of light, you can check out (www.dselighting.com). Hope this helps a little.
