Looking through the blogs of finished kitchen, I really like how some don't have lighting over the island. My kitchen will be open and I would rather not hang pendants over the island. I will need good lighting there though for kids homework and baking etc, will recessed lighting be ok there? Do I need to add more recessed lights right over the island? Thanks
