bath/shower drain

Hi, I currently have a 1 1/2 drain line for my tub/shower. I am doing some basement remodeling, and I want to move the drain line. And change it to 2 inch as well, like it suppose to be.

I currently have:

Tub drain with the plug, pipe is 1 1/4, goes in to a 1 1/4 trap that is one of those you can take apart to clean.

Then goes in to a 1 1/2 PVC drain line.

Goes about 67 inches south and makes a 90, going east. (Center of drain to center of 90 elbow)

Travels another 33 inches, and drops at a 45, about 12 inches, in to the Y at the main CI stack.

31 inches along the 67 inch section, there is a T where the bathroom sink enters the line.

The drain for the sink is 12 inches long and is 1 1/2, and goes off to the west.

Sorry, lack of sight prevents me from drawing a picture.

This is what I want to do:

Run tub/shower drain in to a 2 inch glue P trap.

Run that about 36 inches east between, and parallel to the floor joist.

Drop down at a 90 for about 8-10 inches, to get below the floor joist.

Go south 67 inches or so over to the CI main stack.

Drop at a 90 a few inches in to a 45, then in to the Y for the main stack.

The sink drain would be extended the 3 foot, and it would drop in to the 67 inch section with a 45 and a Y.

That would put the tub and sink drain above the bottom of the floor joist until it got to the section that ran south.

Questions:

The tub drain is more then 8 foot from the main stack, what would the best way to vent it be?

Do they make a 2 inch tub drain? So I can replace that small 1 1/4 drain that is currently connected to the tub?

The galvanized? Piece that threads in to the hub of the Y is only 1 1/2. If I remove the lead and everything from inside the hub, will a 2 inch PVC piece fit, then pack it full of something to seal it up?

Did I over look something?

Thanks for the help

Michael
