My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

RIP, Mumbo-Jumbo

So named for his large size. He adopted us several years ago. A large portion of his left ear had to be removed because of a tumor (thus his nickname 'Vincent'). The vet said the cancer would probably return. It did. We had to euthanize him. He was a good cat.
