DWV plan

Hi gents -

I would be grateful if you could take a look at {{!gwi}}. The black is existing DWV, and blue is proposed new DWV. Err, I did exclude the 2nd floor details including its vent which I think is 2".

I am adding a 1/2 bath on the first floor. If space permits I would like to add a shower too, but the space is very small. The main drain in the house wraps around the 3 outer walls of the basement. Overall I plan to upgrade the main size to 3" from 2", and add a 2" vent off the back of the new lavatory with a 2" wet tie-in to the WC.

Our county adopted the "2006 National Standard Plumbing Code".

These are my questions:

* does my venting seem to be sufficient?

* the new 2" vent (from back of lavatory) will run horizontal in the ceiling about 4' before running to the roof. That's ok right?

* is a 1/2" per foot slope adequate?

* does the wet vent look appropriate for the WC?

* I would run the wet vent with a 3"-2" wye, or should that rather be a sanitary Tee? How is that normally installed?

* is it OK that the new kitchen sink is placed after the vent?

Thanks for your thoughts -

Kent
