I also need to clean my IPE deck and restain. Last stained
with Cabots ATO 2 years ago in Mahogany Flame. Where can I purchase the RAD cleaner ? I recall a forum member was selling a kit to clean IPE awhile back that was supposed to work very well.

My screen porch floor is also IPE. Was originally stained
with Cabot's ATO three years ago. Because its under cover
it still looks very good, but I think eventually I will need to restain it. Any tips for this ? Should I just clean it with the same cleaner I use on the exposed deck ?
When it was originally stained by the contractor, the ATO
never would dry completely in the porch area, waited about 2 weeks, I think they applied it too heavily. So they came back and hand wiped the entire floor with rags and lacquer thinner, left a beautiful finish with no surface accumulation of oil. I'm actually thinking of using the same method, as I really want to prevent having any excess buildup on the porch floor that will get tracked inside
my house. I Love my IPE.
