I wouldnt bother,
I have never seen pavers damaged by salt. If you have a dog or something that gets in and out of the pool in one place alot, then just hose off the pavers in that area occasionally, so the salt doesnt build up.
Once you seal, you have to continue to seal, creates a mess.

We have pavers w/ salt water which has been open 4 seasons now. Never a problem since salt is water soluable (sp?) there's no buildup...

If you do seal to keep the new look, don't use the Behr...slippery as heck and flakes off quickly in direct sun.
