Help identifying a pool sand filter?

Hi,
I have an old pool sand filter that I am trying to identify, any help would be greatly appreciated! The unit is about 15" in diameter, and roughly 18" tall, and is made out of stainless steel with plastic fittings and a welded steel base. It needs replacement o-rings and seals and I'm hoping knowing mfg/model will help the search process...
