Sounds like I'm looking for the same gray as you. I don't know how to describe it other than I want a "clean and clear ". When I look at it alli want to see is gray, no blue brown purple or green. I THINK I have narrowed it down to three BM colors, the darkest is called ,sweet innocents, then in the middle one called, bunny, the lightest is called cascade white. All look GRAY to me when I first look at them. Tomorrow I'm taking the sample doors, I want this color for my kitchen cabinets,over to our new house and look at them all day in different lights. This is suppose to be fun! And I'm finding it so stressful.

Hi, I am also considering BM Intense White in a bedroom where I'm looking for very light gray. How did your room turn out using this color?

We recently used this color in a kitchen, dining room, and living room that don't get much natural light. It comes off as light gray without obvious undertones. Really pretty color if you're looking for a neutral gray.

My problem is that I'm kind of over gray. I want something warmer, but that doesn't scream "'90s yellow"--kind of impossible to find.

I too a, looking for a light grey with no undertones for a north bedroom. After 23 samples, I was about to move onto white. That seems like the same mess. Thank you for sharing your experience using it throughout a low light main area. I am after just a plain grey for my sons room. Is it grey enough that when you walk in it’s obviously a light grey or does it present more of a white?

Definitely more of a gray, unless you have really bright direct sunlight. Its LRV is in the mid-70s, so it doesn't look white. I think it can read green in some light, but it should come off neutral in a north-facing room.

I have it in one of my bathrooms that has natural light and absolutely love it! It does not show obvious undertones, it is a beautiful light warm gray.

Well I may have to give it a try. Thanks to everyone for sharing their input. I have had such a challenge with grey paint for this room! My son wants a black white and grey theme. The silver satin I painted on the walls reads too pale and sometimes pink! He is so tired of me and my paint sample that he actually says the paint color is fine, he will live with it. I had a designer come and pick this color for our entire house. It has got a warm undertone but is still light. It really does look like a beautiful color and i can hardly wait to see it finished. photos to follow shortly!

I am deciding between intense white and classic gray…..what did you use for your trim color?

We painted our whole home in this color and love it. It looks good with both warm and cool colors. In some of the rooms you can detect a slight green undertone.

High ceilings and plenty of natural light help a lot! It's not a great color in a space that doesn't have those advantages. In our space, it just looks dreary. (It's not quite as bad as the purplish off-white that was on the walls when we moved in, but it's not great.)

I'd love to find a color with just a smidge more warmth, without going full-on green or yellow.

Im looking to use it in my double height stairwell and open-concept main living area. it will have lots of southern and western light. Right now the space is wythe blue and gettysburg gray. i want to lighten things up.

I used intense white though my entire house, and it has a cool undertone (almost looks light blue in certain light). My house faces east/west. In the past I used classic gray and I found it a touch warmer. If you read the Benjamin Moore website they now list intense white as a cool toned color.

Any ideas for a slightly deeper neutral that would coordinate with Intense White? Our white kitchen cabinets aren't holding up, and I'm thinking ahead to when we need to have them repainted.

We just finished painting our entire home in intense white. Walls, ceilings, trim and kitchen cabinetry. We absolutely love it! Depending on the light or time of day the shadowed walls may take on a blue/green or light grey tone. It isn't stark, just fresh and lovely.
