Perhaps you could use just a simple white matelasse cover, which is relatively easy to find, and use your pillows to bring in any specific colors. If you look at the majority of this designer's bedrooms, which I love, that's what she usually does. Just click on any of the residences, and browse through the bedrooms, to see how she usually starts with a white spread, and adds color with accents in wall colors, pillows and accessories.
