Most big appliance companies supply extractor fans as part of their ranges.
Have a look at ompanies like Siemens, Bosch, Miele and Gaggenau.
Extractor only companies like Elica and Best Italia are specialized in their field.
Have a look at these two companies. They have beautiful ones that funtion as a fan, but looks like a light.

Most extractors also come as exhaust to the outside, or recirculate as an option. The appliaction will depend on the unique situation in your house.
