My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Memory Quilt pic

This is the memory quilt I recently completed for our retiring principal. It's the best experience I've had yet with my new Brother quilter.

And this one is the baby quilt for my soon-to-be grandson.

There are quilted ducklings in the plain blocks, but I don't htink they show up here.href="http://photobucket.com"; target="_blank">src="http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb317/kwilter7/DSCN0108.jpg"; border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket">

And a little duckling to go with it.
