Kitchen sink

My husband and I are making a few updates to our kitchen. We are putting in granite countertops and replacing the sink. We are looking at top mount (drop in) sinks vs undermount sinks. Personally, we like the look of the undermount better. However, we are only planning on living in our home another 1-2 years and then selling it, so it is not our forever home. We would save at least $300 by doing the top mount instead of the undermount and so are thinking of going that way. However, we are wondering how much of a difference it makes when people are looking to buy a house to have the undermount sink, and if it would be worth it to go with the more expensive option. Thanks!
