Hippiechick, I really like those cup pulls. they are elongated, which i like, but not too modern, which is all ive seen so far.

Pink Petunia, what color is your granite? we are debating between new venetian gold and saint cecilia with white cabinets and your granite looks like one of them. Very pretty!

Here's mine. Picks up the colors in the granite and backsplash.

I have Lee Valley ss bow pulls. I wanted a contemporary look and they also pull through my theme of ss accents. There is some silver/grey in the granite.

Joann ~~ My granite is called Giallo Ornamental.
It is similar to Santa Cecelia--which I had in my last kitchen and also loved. The Giallo Ornamental is a little less greyish in cast--more beigeish and lighter. Here is the Santa Cecilia:

Sorry I don't have a closer view. They are ORB pulls, almost identical to vwhippiechick's.

Mine are ORB-but almost black in color from Restoration Hardware. Simple and I love them.

We ordered the cup pulls from our cabinet company. The supplier was Berenson. They have a website - www.berensonhardware.com.

My hardware is Top Knobs, Normandy in the Patine Rouge color--it is like a medium to dark brown rust color. I have 3 different cabinetry colors and it looks great on all 3 of them.

Mine are Top Knob as well - they are an antique pewter and the cup pulls are nice and wide enough for larger hands. I used the 'round' pulls from the same Summerset family and the appliance pulls - also Top Knob, same finish.

The first picture makes the knops/pulls look really shiny - but they are not - hopefully the second picture allows you to see a more accurate coloring. The link below will take you to Top Knob and if you enlarge the pic of the antique pewter it will show you what it really looks like up close. You'd think with the thousand pics I've taken of my kitchen I would have taken a close up of the knobs...oh well.
