Good price??

It has been 7 years since we built our home so we are out of the loop on building costs. I realize that remodeling and new construction costs are somewhat different but I was wondering if anyone could give us an idea of whether this is a fair price. This contractor comes highly recommended and we have seen his work. This is for a whole house remodel of our vacation home. It needs a facelift since it screams 80's builders grade. The house was built in the mid 80's and is 2800 sq.ft. We are supplying all the materials: kitchen and bath cabinets, lighting, bath tubs, toilets, sinks, granite countertops, tiles, etc. The only thing the contractor is supplying is the trim. The contract is far more detailed than this but generally, the contract calls for:

1.) All new mouldings in windows, doorways, crown and base mouldings in each room and bathroom. (the current mouldings are stained we would like to change all to painted white).

2.) Paint entire interior of house including mouldings and doors with the colors of our choice

3.) Build a larger master bedroom walk in closet

4.) Completely redo 2 full baths and 1 half bath, this includes demolition and removal of all fixtures. They will install new tiles, vanities, tubs, etc.

5.) Refinish hardwood floors on 1st floor and stain with the color of our choice.

6.) Full kitchen remodel, remove and dispose of all cabinets and appliances, install new cabinets and appliances.

7.) Install new ceramic tile in foyer and kitchen.

Remember we are providing all the new materials for the job, the contractor is only providing the labor. His bid was roughly $68,000. Reasonable?
