Need help with showers!

Hi!
So I moved into my husbands "bachelor pad" 4 years ago and still trying to warm up the place. I've attached images of my master shower and the shower in my son's bathroom.
In my son's bathroom I don't have room to expand the shower but I want to make it more of a tub than a shower for the kid(s) to be able to play around. Any ideas on how to do this?
As for my master bath I would like to add a tub there but not sure if it's possible, and possibly remove that wall where the yellow towel is and add something else to let in more light. Right now the whole bathroom is just too cold from a design stand point and I need to change it somehow.
Any suggestions on either?
