Where can I get an over-the-sink dish rack?

When I lived in Israel in the '70s I had a wonderful dish drying rack suspended above the sink - it was lowered down to eye level for loading and unloading and then with some sort of lever was raised up out of the way. The dishes dripped into the sink and it didn't take up counter space. It was ingenious. I would love to have one of those now but haven't seen them anyplace in the US. Do you still have them in Israel? I have searched a little on the Internet but not found any to order. Would love any suggestions. Thanks.
