That's a hard one. If you've already made the jacket, I don't know how you'd do it. What kind of jacket is it? Perhaps you could make a lining for it? Where are you thinking of applying the interfacing?

Can you give us a pattern number or more details about the jacket?

It is a very soft wool, but it needs somemthing to give it body. I thought perhaps I could put something in the front part, plus I expect I need to insert something in the hem to make it not act like a blouse instead of a jacket. It is a combination of patterns--it has a stand-up collar and sleeves that bell at the bottom. If I can't do it, I guess I will just have to give in and let it alone. Thank you for answering. - Barb
