I have this book. Don't know if you're still needing this but here are the yardage requirements.
Fabric for Nine-Patch Sleeping Bag

7/8 yd printed fabric for primary fabric in block
2/3 yd fabric for secondary fabric in block
1 yd fabric for sashing
1/4 yd fabric for connecting squares of sashing
1 3/4 yd for back of sleeping bag
3 1/3 muslin for inner lining
3 1/3 yd fabric for lining
Batting, two pieces about 38" x 62"
2 5/8 yd grosgrain ribbon (5/8 inch wide for ties
