This is Caesarstone, which, along with such products as Silestone and many others, is a synthetic quartz. Advanced polymers are mized with real stone chips under great heat and pressure to result in an extremely durable and stain-resistant material. It is typically somewhat expensive (no less than natural stone slab, installed), but the toughness and great look - many patterns and colors are available - make it a great choice for many projects.
