Your table looks very pretty. Were you going to add anything besides the row of gems along the outside edge? Right now, the way you have them lined up I think it distracts from the top of the table. However, if you are going to fill it in with dishes then it might look okay.

This is very pretty, LILY. I am into blue stuff right now myself. Unfortunately I have no blue plates, but I sure was eyeing some at someone else's house the other day! She doesn't know I mosaic, and she sure gave me a funny look when I told her, "OOOOOH, I'd love to take those home and break them!" ;D

Thanks, here is a pic of the wall and the bottom plate on the right is the one that took up the empty space until I find another. It's the one with the Texas Bluebonnets.I felt kind of bad breaking it but that's how it goes when you're sick and afflicted with mosaicitis.

Very pretty table, LIL, as is all your work. If I needed blue/white, there wouldn't be a plate left on that wall. Go, girl - you got the disease, treat it! I'd say there are a couple or three more tables on that wall.

LOL slow, it might just happen. Blue/white is hard to come by, mostly because the price on it is usually more than I want to pay for a plate. I'm beginning to get a stash of china more than I can store but I'm on the hunt for something "child" like. I'd like to find a little old table, preferably round, and do a work table for a little one. So far no luck.
