My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Are the railings painted or stained?

    I'm guessing that the railing both the banister and the balusters are painted. This can be touchy work especially white and black, to get a perfect paint job. Also, kudos to the railing builder the nice goosenecks and maintaining the banister spacing up the stairs. I'm waiting for the intrepid designer to incorporate woven branch Wood Railing http://awoodrailing.com into a more formal design like this.
