Please don't laugh.
I'm working on some face frames (with my wonderful beautiful bead scraping tool) and have decided to try to use my Kreg pocket hole jig.

I get the whole principle and I don't have any trouble measuring and drilling my pockets.

Don't laugh.

I can't figure out how to make that clamp, clamp. I've looked at videos trying to see how they do it, but it doesn't give me any info. I've jiggled it, tightened and loosened that screw, practically squeezing my head in it out of frustration.

Can someone (without laughing at me) enlighten me? I'm sure it's so simple I'll kick myself.
