My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Mollybelle,

I'm afraid we do not have the specific colors used. The colors were selected by a color consultant, Zoe Kyriacos in Takoma Park, near our office. If you wish to contact her we would be glad to facilitate, please call and we will connect you with the principal in charge of the project.

The golden color is inherent in the new stucco, it is not an applied paint. The rose color on the steel canopy is a paint. The green color around the door is actually a fiction, it's really the golden stucco. We "photoshopped" the green to reflect our design intent of an accent "portal" color.

Love the windows. May I ask the company you purchased them from. Thank you.

    Hi ihv2go,

The windows are by Loewen. We worked with their reps out of Baltimore, MD.

    I've attached their contact info:

    Loewen Windows of Mid-Atlantic
    7117 Rolling Mill Road
    Baltimore, MD 21224

    800.394.6974

If you have other questions, please call and we will connect you with the partner responsible for the project.
