You could try Frigo design. I believe a few GW members have used them. They'll ship anywhere.

I just had the exact same job done. We cut a 36w x 30h piece of 3/4" plywood and brought it to the local sheet metal business in our town (we happen to be south of Boston but it could be anywhere). They clad it with stainless steel on 5 sides, leaving the back against the wall free. It slid behind the cooktop, between the two upper cabinets. Cost $65. I like the look but if you do a lot of messy cooking, you will be cleaning the stainless all the time.
