I bought the Kohler Simplice faucet in May at faucetdirect.com and was happy w/the transaction. They had the best price, no shipping charge and it came packaged well. Would order from them again. HTH!

I just bought 2 faucets at qualitybath.com and the service was excellent, and the price quite good. I bought a Rohl kitchen faucet, and an Herbeau bathroom faucet. The place that my GC uses was out of stock, and I got them from Quality Bath in a few days. The sales person who I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

I ordered my sink from qualitybath and my faucet from faucetdirect (despite a matching price ad neither one could/would match the price of the other). Both transactions went quite smoothly. Ebay is another good source.

I bought Kohler Simplice on Ebay for much less than any on-line stores had it for. I got the one with a soap dispenser and also the one that is a bit smaller for my food prep sink.

faucetdepot.com is also good. they had the best prices I found for what I wanted. They also matched a price I found lower, on another website.

I just got a big order (that I just ordered on Sunday) from efaucets.com. It was about 12 items and everything was in stock at a great price and free shipping. I am very pleased. They have inventory status as well before you order which was great.

My plumbers keep telling me that ordering from these online places yield different products, etc. that may not hold up. How do you all feel about this? They say they will cover items they order for a year, but warn me against buying stuff on my own. Just want to hear your feedback. Has anyone had trouble with things they bought online or at HD or Lowe's?

I got my KWC faucet from homeandstone's ebay store. Before my purchase, I checked with KWC and they assured me that they would honor the warranty. I got the best price and delivery was within a week. Also, there was no shipping charge! I was impressed with the whole process!

Thanks for the input. I have ordered a lot of the stuff from my plumber, but I will get the last few things online. My plumber sounds exactly the same--they can't warranty things if they leak, etc. I may consider buying my appliances online too.

Do you save on tax if you order online?
