Is the kitchen under a protected overhang or open to the elements? We are almost finished installing a run of cabinets under our flat roof inside our screen enclosure. It won't get wet but is exposed to the humidity in the air (So. Florida). We did a REAL budget job since we had planned this before we deicided to remodel our other home and will be selling/renting this when the renovation is complete.

It is under an arbor but will be exposed to weather. We do get rain in the winter in caifornia and sun is hot in summer. The drop in grills I have seen on the internet are crazy expensive as are the oudoor refrigerators and stainless steel storage compartments. Is there a less expenisve way to do this?
Thanks for the reply, I was starting to think there was no interest in outdoor kitchens or that I haven't found the right thread.
