A lot of people like knobs on doors and pulls on drawers, but some like pulls mounted vertically on doors and some like knobs on drawers; it can be a very personal choice and there isn't a "right/wrong"

I have knobs on the doors, and handle pulls on shallow drawers with a few cup pulls sprinkled here and there on deeper drawers/pullouts because I like them.

We have Top Knobs hardware in ORB - we have only been in the kitchen since late March, but so far I have been really happy with the quality.

OT- we have off-white cabinets and when I spilled tomato juice earlier today it was a breeze to clean up because it was so easy to see and I know I won't have to scrub off dried on tomato juice later!

Oooh - that is beautiful hardware! Top knobs is speced by a lot of KDs and I understand it's good quality. I'd suggest waiting, though, until at least your countertop is selected (maybe even until both the cabinets and countertop are installed) to make a decision. Like jewelry, if it's right style, it'll tie in perfectly to everything else and you'll have no questions about it. HTH.
