Top Knobs or Ikea Drawer Pulls?

I've been considering the Princetonian or Pennington drawer pulls from Top Knobs. But today I went to Ikea to pick up something for my sister. (I hadn't been in ages and forgot how much stuff they have at Ikea. And there were some nice looking kitchens!!) Anyway, I looked at their drawer pulls and they had the "pocket catcher" type, and although I like them I'm leaning more toward either one of the Top Knobs pulls, or now the Ikea Vinna.

Does anyone have any experience with Ikea pulls? Do they last? It looks like they might be just slightly non-standard size so if they aren't decent quality the holes might be hard to match. But, they are about 1/2 the price of Top Knobs and fairly similar in style.

Thoughts? Which one do you like?

I bought an Ikea Vinna pack early in my kitchen planning. Seemed fine. Now, when I compare that pull to the more expensive pulls I've ordered from various manufacturers as samples, I can see and feel the quality difference. Top Knobs are better made. They feel solid and more substantial. I would go with TK.

Both TK are really nice. The Pennington has that small gap between the horizontal handle and side pieces that I'm not sure I'd like from a cleaning standpoint. On the other hand, I like that the Pennington's side pieces are more delicate than the Princetonian. Have you seen Theanimala's kitchen full of Princetonians? Gorgeous!

Ikea's version of my pull was ok(my company only sold in packs of ten and only needed one long one for the pantry) but not as solid as my pulls from glide rite.

Thanks for the Ikea feedback. I was somehow a little afraid of that. I keep thinking with this house... what's a few hundred dollars more, what's a thousand dollars more... and I just got my total for the extras/upgrades that I want included in the build and all those 100's and 1000's added up quite a bit! About twice what I was estimating. And, I still have a lot I will be doing after completion of the build. Yet, I think I'll take the same attitude here. It just doesn't seem worth skimping on the jewelry.

And I have seen theanimals kitchen and when I recognized the knobs I thought "I've clearly been looking at kitchens too hard for too long!" =) But I loved them so thought I was on the right track.

We have the Princetonian pulls and love them. We liked the range of sizes they come in (we used 3 sizes plus one really long one for the pull-out pantry). Also, DH's requirement was that he could fit his fingers into the pull, i.e., some pulls' projection is so shallow that he couldn't fit his fingertips behind the pull. His pet peeve may not matter to you, but I thought I'd mention it.

We bought ours from Qualitybath. Fast shipping, good price. At the time, they were also offering an additional 5% off. I am very pleased with these pulls.

I've got the Pennington from TopKnobs. I love the weight and heft of them. They are so well made.
