Kitchen ideas coming together, input please

I have narrowed down my choices for my kitchen and I would very much like to have the input of all you talented folks out there.

This is a picture of our kitchen with the cabinets, floor and dishwasher that are staying, my stove and fridge are off-white (the stove has a black front on it though.)

I have decided on Colonial gold granite which is creamy white with gold brown black and some red in it. I forgot my camera when we were at the granite yard - darn it!

I'm pretty sure that I want to go with either brushed or aged/antiqued nickel hardware for the cabinets over the rubbed bronze, I should probably just order it so that I will stop changing my mind:)

We are planning to put off the backsplash for now and skip the 4" granite backsplash too, right now I'm thinking offwhite subway tile but I'll think about that another day!

I am really having a hard time with the lighting of this space. My oak dining room table is only 48" round and it's a family antique so I will be keeping it but the size of the chandelier in the dining area seems giant over it (it's 24".)

I like both the Capiz pendant and the 3-arm Camilla chandelier (the link to these fixtures is below) from Pottery Barn but they are so different, which, if any would you choose.

I would also like pendants over the island and depending on what I end up with over the dining table I will need something to coordinate. I found some on Lamps USA that are pretty simple but the shades look pretty white and I wasn't sure if that would stand out too much in my more muted kitchen??

I plan to search out a colorful rug for the dining area and pull a color from it for the window covering in the kitchen and also find some inspiration for a wall color (a rusty color as suggested here, more creamy white, or maybe something green?!) I'll tackle that one another day too.

I hope I haven't crammed too many questions into one post, I apologize if I have. I really need help with any lighting suggestions you all might have as well as general opinions about my ideas so far. I truly appreciate all your input!!
