My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How did you do the niche for the toilet paper holder? What did you use for the TP mechanism itself?

    You can order them through our showroom. All the Whites are $228 and the colored holders are $247 each

      It is set in to the wall between the studs. The TP holder is a one piece insert that has holes for the TP and a bar to hold it. Basically it is just a 6" x 6" by 6" tile.

      It is 2 1/2" inside depth and 2 7/8" on the outside.

      $228. They are pricey. They are the only ones being made just like there were at the period. The other choice is to find one at an architectural antique shop.
