I can't quite picture what you're looking for, but the two best sources I've found for schoolhouse lighting are www.rejuvenation.com and www.schoolhouseelectric.com.

Rejuvenation definitely has the option to put in a ring for slanted ceilings.

Thanks, I am looking for something very plain, simple with the ring or adapter for slant ceilings. We only had the wiring for one put in the center of galley area so I thought if I could find something elongated with two pendants on each end of a bar. No such luck with schoolhouse lights.

Call both company's as they are semi-custom and may be able to work with you if you see pieces of one/two lights you like. I've ordered from both and they are each very nice to deal with.

Or, try ebay or older style lights.

go to www.rejuvenationlighting.com

click on pendants.....the school house lights can be ordered with fittings for sloped ceilings.

You may also want to check out hudsonvalleylighting.com and circalighting.com, for similar period-type fixtures.

Also, if anyone is looking for schoolhouse flush mount lights, the least expensive I found was from World Imports #900708 (1 - 60 w) at $36.00 at lightingbygregory.com. I don't know about the quality vs. rejuvenation or SHE, though, so can't comment on that!

Funny, I just noticed these yesterday at Pottery Barn.

Here is a link that might be useful: PB Schoolhouse Pendants on Track

aunttomichael, that is exactly what I was looking for except it doesn't offer the slant ceiling adaptor. They sure do have some nice lighting at PB, thanks!

Another vote for rejuvenation.com. They can also customize things they have and can do slant ceiling adaptors. I have several lights from them.
